Pamela Eddy and Kenya Ayers-Palmore discuss the different pathways men and women take to the college presidency and what the higher education community can do to promote more women campus leaders. Eddy is a professor of higher education and department chair of Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership at the College of William & Mary, and Ayers-Palmore is president of Tarrant County College District Northeast Campus.
